There seem to be people all over the internet calling themselves all kinds of things like business coach or business consultant, or small business expert, but that doesn’t make it so. A real business coach—especially one who understands the pet care industry—has both business experience, as well as coaching experience. They have actually done the work and helped others success. A good business coach tells you the truth, helps you strategize, and doesn’t mind talking about P&L statements in between adorable dog stories. (want to learn more, read our blog- What Does a Business Coach Even Do?)
We offer coaching designed to meet your needs- we don’t have pre-designed programs, modules or checklists because every business is different and we are not an assembly line.
Want to learn more? Just answer some basic questions about your business, your challenges and where you need support. We will review your answers to give you customized feedback.
Then, schedule a complimentary 45 minute session with Jill, an experienced business coach, entrepreneur and business owner. Walk away with key insights into how to address your challenges, scale your business, develop yourself as a leader, and/or streamline your operations. This is not a canned report or review.
If you want to continue to work with a coach we have a variety of options from a single follow up session, to weekly sessions, all designed to be specific to your business and your goals on your budget and your timeframe.
Born in Minnesota, Jill grew up on a small farm in the Midwest where her family raised goats, sheep, ducks, horses, and chickens. Her dad was a biology teacher and there were always interesting animals around the house including snakes, rats and once even a coyote and a flying squirrel. While Jill has lived all over the United States from Florida, to Missouri, to Texas, to California, she is happy to call the state of Washington home. She has owned show dogs as well as “mutts” of all kinds.
Before owning two pet care businesses Jill ran a successful coaching & consulting business. Currently she lives in Washington with her spouse and a dog named Lucky. She holds an undergraduate degree in Business Administration, as well as an MBA and an M.Div. She is an avid kite flier & animal lover; in addition to running WunderPetz® & Hot Diggity! Dog Walking & Pet Sitting™.
